The Kick-off Meeting of the I-STORMS Project was held on the 1st of March 2018 in the Headquarters of CNR ISMAR, in Venice, by the Lead Partner, the City of Venice. The LP presented the Work Packages (WPs), activities and outputs in detail, as well as the time frame and the foreseen Project meetings, while all PPs briefly presented their organizations and their roles in the Project. Each WP Leader presented the WP for which they are in charge of. Moreover, Project & Financial Management issues were presented to the PPs, by the LP. The day ended with the 1st Steering Committee meeting.
