The 2nd Steering Committe and Project Meeting of the I-STORMS Project was held on the 14-15 of June 2018 in Ljubljana, hosted by PP4, the Slovenian Environment Agency.
On the 14th of June, CNR-ISMAR presented a first proposal of IWS structure to be discussed among the partnership. During the Meeting three workshops of WPT1, as well as one workshop of WPT2, were implemented:
– the Sea Storm Atlas Workshop – First thematic session, by PP3, Agency for environmental protection and energy in Emilia-Romagna;
– the Risk Perception Workshop – Second thematic session, by the LP, City of Venice;
– the Metadata Workshop – Third thematic session, by PP2, National Research Council-Institute of Marine Sciences;
– the WPT2 Workshop – Fourth thematic session, by PP2, National Research Council-Institute of Marine Sciences.
Moreover, PP7, the Regional Union of Municipalities of Epirus, presented the Project’s Communication Strategy to all PPs.
On the 15th of June, PP4, the Slovenian Environment Agency, organised a Transnational Network Seminar. The LP presented to all PPs the Reporting Period 1 and Financial Issues, as well as the Reporting Period 2 Workplan: To-Do & foreseen deadlines. The day ended with the 2nd Steering Committee meeting.
